For damages and defects, you will need to provide the order number, item number(s) of the damaged items and the exact nature of the damage (ie, broken, missing parts, etc).
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and need to return it you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the purchase. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This RMA number must be included with the returned package. Packages returned without a return authorization issued will be refused.
We do not issue call tags or send return shipping labels. Customer pays return freight for non defective items. All original item pieces, item packaging, including the original box the item came in and all paperwork must be returned. We will either issue a store credit or refund the purchase price to your original payment method. There will be a 10% restock fee and original shipping costs are not refundable.
We warrant these items for a period of 10 days.
